随着计算机技术的迅速发展,计算机技术已渗透到工业、农业等多个行业,并成为各行各业生存发展的重要支撑技术。但是,人才尤其是基层应用人才缺乏是阻碍我国计算机事业向广度和深度发展的一大障碍。因此,开展计算机社会培训已成为培养计算机应用后备人才的重要途径和有效方法。但由于参加社会培训学员的来源不同、所从事的专业不一样、年龄差距大、计算机操作和英语水平各异、受教育程度高低悬殊等原因,给计算机社会培训带来了一定的难度。如何搞好计算机社会培训,提高教学质量,采取适当的教学方法是关键。在多年的教学中,我总结出了“慢、准、细、扣、紧、帮、优、难、新,找漏补洞”的“十四
