自从我校开展“主题阅读”活动以来,每天语文课前的三分钟便成了学生最期待、最兴奋的时刻。这段时间,学生可以自由展示自己最拿手的作品。我是语文老师兼班主任,因此幸运地见证了这个舞台的魅力与风采。从中,我也得到了启发:学生需要倾诉的渠道,渴望展示的舞台。这不正是许久以来我们苦苦寻觅的治班真经么?从满足他们的心理需要入手,我开始了我的“慢三”小攻略,收到了满意的效果。攻其心小学生的心是含苞未放的花
