Metallurgical science and technology work conference in Jiangsu Province was held in Shazhou County from April 16 to April 22. There were eight municipal metallurgical authorities attending the meeting, leading comrades of 78 enterprises and institutions and a total of more than 140 engineers and technicians. At the meeting, Secretary-General Han Guilin Bureau Bureau of Provincial Metallurgical Bureau made a report on “actively promoting technological progress and striving to create a new situation in metallurgical science and technology work”. Deputy Commissioner Yin Huimin made a concluding speech.
