目的:探析血府逐瘀汤加减对冠心病模型大鼠的主动脉形态、斑块稳定性以及细胞因子水平的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠,按照处理方式的不同,每组10只大鼠,随机分为:对照组、模型组、立普妥组以及血府逐瘀汤加减组。对照组使用普通饲料喂养,模型组采用高脂饲料喂养。立普妥组和血府逐瘀汤加减组在高脂饲料喂养的基础上,分别投喂立普妥和血府逐瘀汤加减。12周后,处死大鼠,对大鼠的主动脉形态和斑块稳定性进行镜下观察,并应用免疫组化方法对大鼠细胞因子相关指标进行检测分析。结果:光镜下观察病理切片标本显示,血府逐瘀汤加减组和立普妥组相比,主动脉内膜以及中膜厚度有较大减低。斑块稳定性方面,血府逐瘀汤组的结果优于立普妥组。相关细胞因子免疫组化检测指标方面,血府逐瘀汤组的免疫组化评分更理想。结论:和传统的治疗药物相比,血府逐瘀汤加减冠心病模型大鼠具有更为理想的改善其主动脉血管壁厚度、稳定粥样斑块及调节相关细胞因子的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on aortic morphology, plaque stability and cytokine levels in coronary heart disease rats. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Lipitor group and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group according to different treatment methods. Control group fed with normal feed, model group fed with high fat diet. Lipitor group and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group were fed with high-fat diet on the basis of feeding Lipitor and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction respectively. After 12 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and the aortic morphology and plaque stability of the rats were observed microscopically. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the cytokine related indexes in rats. Results: Observing the pathological specimens under the light microscope showed that compared with the Lipitor group, the aortic intimal and medial thickness of the Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group were significantly reduced. In terms of plaque stability, the results of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group were superior to those of Lipitor group. Relevant cytokine immunohistochemical detection indicators, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group immunohistochemical score more ideal. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional therapeutic drugs, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the aortic wall thickness, stabilize the atherosclerotic plaque and regulate the related cytokines.
