连续收集(2010.9~2012.9)在本院内分泌科住院,门诊检查以及门诊体检的符合要求310例患者进行回顾性研究。结合入选排除标准,按患者就诊先后顺序入组,分为糖尿病组(DM)82例、糖尿病合并高血压组(DM-HT)92例、高血压组(HT)74例、非糖尿病非高血压组(N-DM-N-HT)62例。对四组可能影响的相关危险因素进行分析并统计各组大、小血管并发症发病情况,分析其相关性。结果:DM组及HT组大、小血管并发症的发病率明显高于N-DM-N-HT组(P<0.01)并且DM-HT组最高56.6%;DM组主要引起小血管病变47.5%,HT组主要引起大血管病变发病率16.2%;且与N-DM-N-HT组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);DM、HT、DM-HT组与大小血管并发症发生密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:DM组、HT组、DM-HT组是心、脑血管病的独立危险因素,与大、小血管并发症密切相关。
Continuous collection (2010.9 ~ 2012.9) in our hospital endocrine department inpatient, outpatient examination and outpatient examination of the 310 patients eligible for retrospective study. According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, the patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of their patients: Diabetes Mellitus (DM), diabetes mellitus (DM), diabetes mellitus (92 cases), hypertension group (HT) Group (N-DM-N-HT) in 62 cases. The four groups of possible risk factors were analyzed and the incidence of major and minor vascular complications in each group were analyzed and their correlations were analyzed. Results: The incidence of major and minor vascular complications in DM group and HT group was significantly higher than that in N-DM-N-HT group (P <0.01) and the highest was 56.6% in DM-HT group. The DM group mainly caused small vessel disease in 47.5% , HT group mainly caused the incidence of macrovascular disease was 16.2%, and there was significant difference compared with N-DM-N-HT group (P <0.01); DM, HT and DM-HT group was closely related to the occurrence of vascular complications (P <0.01). Conclusion: DM group, HT group and DM-HT group are independent risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which are closely related to large and small vessel complications.
