一辆刚大修过的CA1091汽车,发动机运转不久便出现了“当当”的撞击声,发动机在怠速、低速、中速或高速时,此响声均能听到,急加速时尤为明显。当采用传统的“断火”法进行异响判断时,异响征候无变化。待发动机冷却后重新起动,异响仍然明显存在。由于此异响声音较大,“当当”声不断,对故障部位暂时不能确定。因此,我们将发动机解体,边分解边检查,有关装配性能,同时询问原维修人员。该维修工称,此发动机进行了搪缸(+0.50mm)、磨轴(—0.50mm)修理,装复时是按有关技术要求进行的,不应该出现不正常的响声。通过对发动机解体,发现曲轴前后窜动量较大,其曲釉轴向间隙值为2.32mm,显然超过了大修规定的
