去年八月,中央宣传部、教育部联合发出了《关于加强和改进高等院校马列主义理论教育的若干规定》,在高校和党校系统引起极大反响,在有关报刊上陆续展开了讨论。讨论中,大家一致认识到:马列主义理论课的设置、教材建设、教学体系、讲授内容和方法,应该围绕邓小平同志提出的“三个面向”的指导方针进行。我们根据报刊上发表的有关文章,综合整理了其中的较有代表性的观点,供同志们参考。
Last August, the Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China jointly issued the “Several Provisions on Strengthening and Improving the Marxist Theory Education in Colleges and Universities”, which aroused great repercussions in the system of colleges and universities and the party schools. There were discussions in relevant newspapers and periodicals successively. During the discussion, everyone unanimously recognized that the set-up of Marxist-Leninist theory, the construction of teaching materials, the teaching system, the contents and methods of instruction should be based on the “three-oriented” guidelines put forth by Comrade Deng Xiaoping. According to the articles published in the newspapers, we have compiled some of the more representative ones for your reference.
