对法律与爱相互关系的探讨,可以说,自法律诞生以来,从未间断过。我们也可以毫不夸张地说,这个话题将见证法律的成长至消亡的整个过程。随着社会的复杂化程度日益加深与学术研究的不断成熟,学者已从多个视角、多层次剖析了二者的相互关系。但所有的资料都无法穷尽法律与爱的关系,令人遗憾的同时,也给了学者不断前进的动力。在本文中,笔者并不试图彻底分析法律与爱的关系,只是基于对《当法律遇见爱—解读〈李尔王〉》的思考,提出自己的见解。
The discussion of the relationship between law and love can be said that since the birth of the law, never stopped. It is also no exaggeration to say that this topic will witness the entire process of law’s growth to its demise. With the deepening of the complexity of society and the continuous maturation of academic research, scholars have analyzed the interrelations between the two from multiple perspectives. However, all the information can not exhaust the relationship between law and love. It is regrettable, at the same time, it has also given impetus to the continuous advance of scholars. In this article, the author does not try to analyze the relationship between law and love thoroughly, but just put forward his own opinions based on the thinking of “when love meets law-interpretation of King Lear”.
