最近,我系组织了一次问卷调查,向200多家企事业单位了解对秘书素质教育的要求。现参照这次调查的材料谈谈自己对构建秘书人员素质的看法,顺便也列个排名榜。第一,要有敏锐的政治头脑。调查资料反映,97.5%的用人单位注重秘书的职业道德,要求他们有良好的理论修养。在我国,大多数秘书人员的工作是为国家和社会服务,这就不可避免地带上了一定的政治色彩。怎么看待这种“政治色彩”,
Recently, I organized a questionnaire survey to more than 200 enterprises and institutions to understand the quality of education requirements of the Secretary.
