從五月七日動員開展墳產節約運動以來,已經一個多月了。一个多月來,運動的進展是迅速的,廣大職工已經熱烈地行動起來,大多數廠矿已經製訂出自己的增產節約計劃。根據初步的統計,全區国營公營工业增產節約计划总值已经超過了一千萬噸粮食,這個数目在經過羣眾討論后,还將超過。幹部和羣眾對增產節約的積極性很高、對自己制訂的計划滿懷着‘只能超過,不能落后’的勝利信心,並紛紛想辦法找竅門,僅瀋陽一地,運動以來就出現了一萬一千七百個竅門(去年增產節約運勛開始俊三個月僅出現四千丑百個)。這些,都說明今年的增產節約運動,在許多新的有利的條件下,比去年發展得更為飽滿和富有生氣。但是,运动的發展並不是平衡的,按系統说,工業部所属單位較好,共他部、局及地方工業较差;按地區說,瀋陽地區的較好,鞍山、大連等地較差。有的地區和有些單位,要到六月底才能討論和訂好計
