利用三维有限元模型,对离心压缩机叶轮由于离心力引起的应力及其自由振动的固有频率进行了计算。采用的是20 节等参元,利用离心压缩机叶轮形状与载荷周期性循环对称的特点,通过引入周期性边界条件,将计算化为针对叶轮的一个叶道进行。最后,通过计算一个实际的叶轮,对该方法进行了验证。
The three-dimensional finite element model was used to calculate the natural frequency of centrifugal compressor impeller due to centrifugal force and its free vibration. Using 20 isoparametric elements, the characteristics of centrifugal compressor impeller shape and cyclic cyclical symmetry are used. By introducing periodic boundary conditions, the calculation is made into one blade for the impeller. Finally, the method is validated by calculating an actual impeller.
