保险教育是关系我国保险行业和教育事业健康、全面发展的大事,也是关系到国家经济社会发展全局的大事。保监会高度重视保险教育,加强与教育部门在学校保险教育方面的交流与合作,组织开展保险教育关键教材研发,指导推进学校保险教育试点,在整体推进学校保险教育方面取得积极成效。各保监局创新工作机制,充分发挥政府对保险教育的推动作用;采取多种有效形式,推动保险教育进校园;推动保险职业教育,提升保险服务水平;推动产学研多方合作,共谋保险教育发展大计。要进一步推动学校保险教育工作,保监会系统应继续强化与教育部门的工作联系,逐步建立长效合作机制;以点带面,全面推进学校保险教育;加快发展继续教育与职业教育,促进保险人才培养;加强指导协调,统筹配置保险教育培训资源。
Insurance education is a major event that relates to the healthy and all-round development of China’s insurance industry and education. It is also a major event that concerns the overall national economic and social development. China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) attaches great importance to insurance education, strengthens exchanges and cooperation with education departments in insurance education in schools, organizes the development of key teaching materials for insurance education, and conducts pilots to promote insurance education in schools. It has made positive achievements in promoting insurance education in schools as a whole. All CIRC’s innovative work mechanisms should give full play to the role of the government in promoting insurance education; adopt various effective forms to promote insurance education into schools; promote insurance occupational education so as to enhance insurance services; promote multi-party cooperation in production, education and research and seek insurance education Development plans. To further promote insurance education in schools, the CIRC system should continue to strengthen its working relationship with the education sector and gradually establish a long-term cooperation mechanism; promote the insurance system of schools in a comprehensive manner by means of points and strata; speed up the development of continuing education and vocational education so as to promote the cultivation of insurance talents; and strengthen guidance Coordination, overall allocation of insurance education and training resources.
