我们于1982年6月对中山大学学生进行了一次膳食营养调查,以期对今后改善大学生的膳食和安排合理的营养,提供可靠的依据。调查方:法中山大学是全国综合性重点大学之一,校园环境优美,空气清新,学生居住条件一般。调查期间在校学生4000多人,分别在4个学生食堂用膳,我们选择了学生第2食堂作为膳食调查点,在该食堂用膳学生1070人。膳食调查采用称量记帐法,为期5天。对在该食堂用膳的80届力学、电子计算机、数学甲、乙班4个班的166名学生进行体检(该组学生年龄为17~19岁,男生144名,
In June 1982, we conducted a dietary nutrition survey for students at Sun Yat-sen University to provide a reliable basis for improving college students’ diet and arranging rational nutrition in the future. Survey: France Zhongshan University is one of the key comprehensive universities, the campus beautiful environment, fresh air, student living conditions in general. During the survey, more than 4,000 students were enrolled in the four canteen dining, we chose the second canteen as a meal investigation point, dining in the canteen 1070 people.
