为了了解中国辣椒主产区重茬土壤病原真菌的种类及分布,从山西、河北、山东、广西、四川和海南6省11块辣椒重茬土壤中分离获得了393株真菌,经菌丝形态观察和分子生物学鉴定,将其归为19属38种,其中镰刀菌(33.3%)、被孢霉(27.5%)和疫霉(18.7%)为中国辣椒重茬土壤的优势病原真菌,但其分布存在一定的地域差异,山西、河北地区以镰刀菌、疫霉、被孢霉为主,而山东则以镰刀菌和疫霉为主,广西为镰刀菌和长蠕孢,四川和海南则为疫霉和轮枝菌。这些结果为有针对性地防治辣椒重茬病害有重要指导意义。
In order to understand the types and distribution of soil pathogenic fungi in the heavy cropping area of pepper in China, 393 fungi were isolated from 11 capsicum soil in Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Guangxi, Sichuan and Hainan provinces. The mycelial morphology and molecular Which were classified into 19 genera and 38 species. Among them, Fusarium (33.3%), Mortierella (27.5%) and Phytophthora (18.7%) were the dominant pathogenic fungi of Chinese peppers, Fusarium, Phytophthora and Mortierella were the main species in Shanxi and Hebei Provinces, Fusarium and Phytophthora in Shandong Province, Fusarium and Helminthosporium in Guangxi, Phytophthora capsici in Sichuan and Hainan Verticillium. These results have important guiding significance for the prevention and control of peanut diseases.
