At the end of the year-end, all units and departments should make a summary of their work in the past year so as to promote successful experiences and learn the lessons of failure. However, the work done by some units and departments has been summarized in the form of “consistent system” for a few years, changing figures only and leaving unchanged the format. What is more, it has gradually evolved into a new “eight-part essay.” Because of this “eight-part essay” and the “eight-part party” opposed by Comrade Mao Tse-tung a few decades ago?
