上海鼎丰酿造食品总厂是建自清朝同治三年(即公元1864年)的“中华老字号” 企业。现下设酿造厂、食品厂、彩印包装厂和中美合资上海家丰食品有限公司,主要生产经营酱油、乳腐、食醋、面酱、调料、冷饮、速冻食品和纸箱、彩印包装材料等。1996年完成产值4805万元,销售收入7880万元,创利税456万元。这一实绩列上海市酿造行业之首,居全国供销合作总社百强工业企业第70位。 鼎丰130多年的历史,是一部由手工作坊到产业工厂到文明企业,由“进京乳腐”到国优精品到出口产品的历史。
Shanghai Dingfeng Brewing Food General Factory is an “old Chinese” enterprise established since the Qing Dynasty (1864 AD). It now has breweries, food factories, color printing and packaging plants, and Sino-U.S. joint venture Shanghai Jiafeng Food Co., Ltd., which mainly produces and sells soy sauce, milk rot, vinegar, pasta sauce, spices, cold drinks, quick-frozen foods and cartons, color printing and packaging materials. In 1996, the output value was 48.05 million yuan, sales income was 78.8 million yuan, and profit tax was 4.55 million yuan. This achievement ranks first in Shanghai’s brewing industry and ranks 70th among the top 100 industrial enterprises in the National Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. Dingfeng’s more than 130 years of history is a history from hand-workshops to industrial factories to civilized enterprises, from “bringing into Beijing” to Guoyou boutique to exporting products.
