为了解南宁市铁路局的职业健康监护现状,我们对2005—2013年南宁铁路局职业健康检查报告结果进行了分析。结果显示,南宁铁路局接触职业病危害因素编制内在岗工人多年体检率维持在90%;编制外接触职业病危害因素劳动者获得职业健康监护难。提示,南宁铁路局财政投入直接影响其职业健康检查率;设置有专业职业健康检查服务机构,对其职业健康检查率的提高起到了重要作用;统一企业内部职业病防治管理职能,有利于职业健康监护工作的进一步开展。
In order to understand the current situation of occupational health monitoring in Nanning Railway Bureau, we analyzed the results of occupational health examination of Nanning Railway Bureau from 2005 to 2013. The results showed that Nanning Railway Administration maintained a multi-year medical examination rate of 90% for those workers exposed to occupational hazards and laid the foundations for occupational health monitoring. It is suggested that the financial investment of Nanning Railway Bureau has a direct impact on the occupational health examination rate. The establishment of a professional occupational health examination service institution has played an important role in the improvement of occupational health examination rate. Uniform internal occupational disease prevention and management functions are conducive to occupational health monitoring Work to further carry out.
