不少企业家在经营遇到困难时,缺乏把握方向的能力此前,本刊已连续3年推出年度“最差企业家”和“最佳企业家”评选。我们从1000多家在中国经营的企业中,综合评议企业责任人(包括董事长、首席执行官、总经理)在本年度的整体表现。评价的指标包括2008年前三季度的经营数据、本年的战略执行最终效果、所承担社会义务的履行情况,以及对于经济环境的影响度。
Many entrepreneurs lack the ability to grasp the direction when they encounter difficulties. Previously, this journal has launched the annual “worst entrepreneur” and “best entrepreneur” selection for three consecutive years. We have comprehensively reviewed the overall performance of the company’s responsible persons (including the chairman, chief executive officer, and general manager) from more than 1,000 companies operating in China during the year. The evaluation indicators include the operating data for the first three quarters of 2008, the final results of the strategic implementation this year, the performance of the social obligations undertaken, and the degree of impact on the economic environment.
