本文阐述了西部“三线”建设的历史意义和发展机遇,在剖析了“三线”工业遗产的价值特征后进一步探讨保护性再利用这些“三线”工业遗产与城镇化建设相结合的可行性,最后以青海大通705厂的再生为例,通过政府、学者、职工和社会的全力合作,探索建立能够盘活“三线”工业遗产、促进当地经济发展、改善当地生态环境的三合一良策,为大批其他“三线”工业遗产再生项目提供借鉴和参考。
