加快北石店区城市化建设进程的对策研究,从规划管理方面讲,应尽快将其融入中心城市,纳入城市规划建设管理统一体系。从城市功能方面讲,要依托晋煤集团,加快大型基础设施建设,完善区域城市功能。从住房建设方面讲,要依托晋煤集团和北石店政府,加快城市型社区建设和城中村改造步伐。从土地供给方面讲,应合理控制近期建设用地,为长远发展留有余地。
In order to speed up the process of urbanization in Beishi district, from the aspect of planning and management, it should be integrated into the central city and incorporated into the unified system of urban planning, construction and management.
