我国“双一流”建设的重要目标之一就是培育有国际竞争力的学科,而“海归”教师作为重要力量,整体上对提升我国经济学科的国际化程度产生了积极影响;但是,哪类“海归”教师的科研产出能力更强,且对我国经济学科的“双一流”建设发挥着更大作用呢?文章搜集了国内“985”高校和“211”财经类高校经济学科882位全职“海归”教师的个人信息,并与国际权威SSCI期刊上发表的2 074篇英文论文进行匹配,运用文献计量法研究了“海归”教师的发文数量和发文质量及其背后的驱动因素。研究表明:(1)博士毕业所在学校的排名不仅对“海归”教师的发文数量具有正向影响,还会提高其发表论文的影响力;(2)本科毕业所在学校的排名对论文产出不重要,无论是发文数量还是质量均没有受到明显的影响;(3)本科所学专业对论文产出的作用明显,相比于文史类专业,经管类、理工类专业“海归”教师的发文数量更多,但是其论文的影响力没有显著差异。文章从“海归”教师论文发表的角度为我国财经类高校的“双一流”建设提供了科学合理引进师资的依据,也为其未来的人才建设提供了方向。
One of the important goals of our country’s “double-class” construction is to foster disciplines with international competitiveness. As an important force, teachers of “returnees” have a positive impact on the overall level of internationalization of our economic discipline. However, Which kind of “returnees” teachers have a stronger ability of scientific research and output, and play a greater role in the construction of “dual first class” in the economic discipline of our country? The article has collected the opinions of “985” universities and “ 211 ”, and 882 full-time “ returnees ”teachers in the economic discipline of finance and economics, and matched with 2 074 English papers published in authoritative SSCI periodicals, and studied the“ returnees ”teachers by using bibliometrics The number of articles and the quality of the paper and the driving forces behind it. The research shows that: (1) The ranking of schools where Ph.D. graduates not only has a positive impact on the number of issued papers for “returnees” teachers, but also increases the influence of published papers; (2) Out of the important, both the quantity and quality of the issued no significant impact; (3) undergraduate majors play a significant role in the output of papers, compared to the literature and history, management, science and engineering specialty “returnees” Teachers published more papers, but their papers did not show significant differences in their influence. The article provides the basis for the scientific and reasonable introduction of teachers for the “dual first-class” construction of financial colleges and universities in our country from the angle of “returnees” teachers’ dissertations, and also provides the direction for its future talent construction.
