在平菇生产过程中,母种的扩制传统方法是采用试管培养。但试管容积小,操作不便,制作麻烦,获得菌丝量又少。为了寻找扩制母种的简便方法,有人使用罐头瓶、三角瓶、酒瓶等器皿来代替试管生产母种。笔者在多年微生物教学实验和食用菌生产过程中受到一些启发,将微生物实验中常用的平板扩大培养微生物技术应用于平菇母种的扩制上,效果很好。
In the mushroom production process, the expansion of the mother of the traditional method is to use tube culture. But the test tube volume is small, inconvenient to operate, make trouble, get less mycelium. In order to find a convenient way to expand the mother species, someone used cans, flasks, bottles and other vessels instead of test tube production mother species. The author has been inspired by many years of microbial teaching experiments and edible fungi production process. It has been proved that the application of flat-panel expanded culture microbial technology commonly used in microbial experiments to the expansion of mother mushrooms of Pleurotus ostreatus works well.
