民族法制教育是民族法治建设的基础性工程。文章认为在我国政治、经济、文化和社会发展不平衡又缺乏法制传统,要想使民族工作走上法治化道路,必须高度重视民族法制教育,特别是对高校民族预科班的民族法制教育。当前的形势,对高校预科班的民族法制教育提出更加迫切要求,高校预科班要在之前成效上,继续针对不足和问题,不断完善机制建设和师资队伍建设。
The education of ethnic legal system is the basic project of building a nation by law. The article holds that in our country the unbalanced political, economic, cultural and social development and the lack of legal tradition, we must attach great importance to the education of national legal system, especially the education of national legal system for the national preparatory course for nationalities in order to embark on the path of ethicization. The current situation puts forward even more pressing requirements for the education of ethnic legal system in preparatory classes in colleges and universities. The pre-university preparatory courses must continue to address the deficiencies and problems in the previous achievements and constantly improve the mechanism building and the teaching staff building.
