随着电脑硬件价格的下降,个人电脑日益普及,为了交流和获取越来越庞大的信息。电脑之间还需要进行通讯。网络因此而产生。我国从1994年4月起利用国际专线正式接入了Internet(因特网),同年5月在国内建立运行自己的域名体系,几年来先后建成了中国科学技术网、中国公众多媒体通讯网等多个网络。
As the price of computer hardware drops, personal computers are gaining popularity, in exchange for getting more and more information. There is also a need for communication between computers. The network is thus generated. Since April 1994, China has formally accessed the Internet (Internet) using international private lines. In May of the same year, China established its own domain name system. In the past few years, it has successively built networks of China Science and Technology Network and China’s public multimedia communication network.
