患者为44岁男性,左眼充血、刺激并伴有视物模糊2个月。右眼视力为25/20,其它完全正常。左眼视力为20/30,眼球运动正常,眼内压14mmHg。轻度结膜充血,房水细胞及闪光2十,玻璃体腔细胞1+。眼底镜下见视网膜鼻上象限有一个半透明的视网膜下囊肿,约4PD大小,中央见一致密白斑,亮光照明下可见运动,证明囊肿内有幼虫存在。视乳头、黄斑和视网膜血管未见异常。A-型超声波扫描检查显示囊肿的内壁与覆在其上的视网膜之间存在间隙。B-型超声波扫描显示视网膜下为一具有2个小钩的囊虫。一般体检及神经检查正常。白细
The patient, 44 years old, was hyperemic and stimulated with blurred vision in his left eye for 2 months. Right eye vision is 25/20, the other is completely normal. Left eye vision is 20/30, normal eye movement, intraocular pressure 14mmHg. Mild conjunctival hyperemia, aqueous cells and flash 2 10, vitreous cells 1 +. Fundus see the retina in the nasal quadrant There is a translucent subretinal cyst, about 4PD size, see the same central dense white spot, visible light movement, that larvae exist within the cyst. Optic, macular and retinal blood vessels were normal. A-type ultrasound scans showed that there was a gap between the inner wall of the cyst and the retina over it. B-mode sonography revealed a subeco-cystica with 2 small hooks. General physical examination and nerve examination is normal. White
