氧化石墨烯做药物载体,将罗丹明B(RB)负载到GOs的表面,制备了RB/GOs复合物。通过吸附曲线确定了RB在GOs上的饱和吸附量为57.28μg/mg。又考察了RB/GOs复合物上罗丹明B在不同pH的缓冲溶液中以及有机溶剂乙醇和丙酮中的释放行为。结果表明RB/GOs复合物上罗丹明B在碱性条件下释放量约30%,远高于酸性条件下的10%,并且表现出缓释的效果。而在乙醇和丙酮中,由于RB与GOs间强烈的π-π共轭作用,导致RB的释放量只有10%。这说明所制备的RB/GOs复合物具有较高的稳定性。
Graphene oxide was used as a drug carrier, Rhodamine B (RB) was loaded on the surface of GOs to prepare RB / GOs complexes. The adsorption capacity of RB on GOs was 57.28μg / mg. We also investigated the release behavior of RB / GOs complex on Rhodamine B in buffer solution with different pH and organic solvent ethanol and acetone. The results showed that RB / GOs complex rhodamine B release in alkaline conditions about 30%, much higher than the acidic conditions of 10%, and showed a sustained release effect. In ethanol and acetone, the release of RB was only 10% due to the strong π-π conjugation between RB and GOs. This shows that the prepared RB / GOs complex has higher stability.
