Linzhou City is located in the northern part of Henan Province, Shanxi, Hebei and Henan provinces at the junction, with a total area of 2046km ~ 2, of which mountain area of 1610km ~ 2. The average annual rainfall is 579.7mm. The interannual variation of rainfall is large with uneven distribution during the year. The average annual rainfall in the main flood season is 401mm, accounting for 67% of the annual rainfall. The city’s average annual total water resources of 565 million m 3, per capita water resources 586m 3, hectares of water resources occupy 11000 m ~ 3.1 The status of water resources development and utilization are mainly Zhuozhang River, Lu River, River, 淅 River, Qi River and other five rivers
