目的建立心脑宁片中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相C18(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水系统梯度洗脱,检测波长203 nm。结果人参皂苷Rg1在0.053~0.477 mg·ml-1、Re在0.037~0.333 mg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系;人参皂苷Rg1的平均回收率为100.20%,RSD为1.08%;人参皂苷Re的平均回收率为100.12%,RSD为1.10%。结论该方法检测灵敏、准确,重复性好,适用于心脑宁片的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in Xinnaoning Tablet. Methods The HPLC method was used with elution gradient of C18 (150.0 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water system. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results The ginsenoside Rg1 had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.053-0.477 mg · ml-1 and Re in the range of 0.037-0.333 mg · ml-1. The average recovery rate of ginsenoside Rg1 was 100.20% and the RSD was 1.08%. Ginsenoside Re average recovery was 100.12%, RSD was 1.10%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible and is suitable for the determination of Xinnaoning Tablet.
