随着铁路技术创新和产业升级,主要发达国家铁路旅客运输实现了高速化、便捷化,货物运输规模化、集约化,运营管理自动化、信息化、智能化,铁路运输能力明显增强,服务质量显著提升,基本实现了铁路现代化。通过研究分析近年来主要发达国家铁路在路网、运输、科技、改革4个方面的发展战略与特点,提出促进和谐铁路建设、加快实现铁路现代化的启示和建议。
With the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of railways, the passenger transport of major developed countries has been accelerated and facilitated. The scale, intensification and automation of operation and management of freight transport have been greatly enhanced.
