中国设备管理协会(以下简称中设协)企业设备管理研讨班 (以下简称研讨班)于1990年4月5日至15日在西安中国设备管理培训中心举行。参加这次研讨班的有来自全国20个地区、20个行业的36个企业的设备管理负责人。研讨班采取讲课与讨论相结合的形式,使这些长期工作在第一线的同志能有机会系统地学习设备管理的知识和理论,同时提高对《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)的认识。
