介绍了根据现场运行资料确定单位无故障工作时间分布和维修时间分布,并对单元可靠性特征量进行估计的方法。给出了天然气管网系统组成单元事故及维修时间分布模型和单元运行数据分析方法及其分布统计和参数估值步骤。结合陕甘宁盆地中部气田先导开发试验区两口气井近两年的运行记录,对其运行数据进行了统计,给出了其气井事故分布、维修时间分布及其估值。
The method to determine the distribution of uninterrupted work time and the maintenance time distribution according to the operating data of the site and to estimate the unit reliability characteristics is introduced. The distribution model of accident and maintenance time, the analysis method of unit operation data and the method of distribution statistics and parameter estimation are given. Combined with the operation records of the two gas wells in the pilot area of the central Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia gas field for the past two years, the operating data were statistically analyzed, and the distribution and maintenance time distribution of gas wells and their estimation were given.
