“中美合作所”的全名是“中美特种技术合作所”,它是在我国抗日战争期间,根据美国政府和蒋介石卖国集团所缔结的特别协定而设立的特务机关。它的活动直接受美国特务机关——战略情报局的指挥。它於1943年4月成立。它的主任是罪恶昭彰的蒋匪特务头子戴笠,副主任是美国特务海军少将梅乐士,实际上的最高指挥权操在后者的手中。它的一切特务装备几乎都是从美国运来的。美国并且派来了大批特务专家,最多的时候达一万人以上。这些美国特务在“中美合作所”特训班里训练蒋匪特务如何进行侦察、搜查、刑讯、谋杀等技能和各种新式杀人凶器及毒药的用法。像这样的特训班共有13个之多,分设在各地,构成“中美合作所”的基层;而且每一个特训班都是杀人的魔窟。美国
The full name of the “Sino-U.S. Cooperation institute” is the “Sino-U.S. Special Cooperation Agency.” It is the secret-service organ set up under the special agreement concluded by the U.S. government and Chiang Kai-shek’s trader-country group during the Anti-Japanese War.
