酸化淤渣的生成是影响酸化效果的重要因素,而酸液浓度、酸液类型、酸化添加剂及酸液中的金属离子等对酸化淤渣的生成有影响。对渤南油田2个区块的油样进行了试验,重点研究了三价铁离子和二价铁离子对酸化淤渣生成的影响。结果表明,三价铁离子会促进淤渣的生成;二价铁离子对淤渣的生成也有一定的影响,但通以氮气对二价铁离子进行保护后,二价铁离子对淤渣生成的影响降低。针对义4-7-10油样,筛选出CH-1和CH-2两种有效的防淤渣剂。这两种防淤渣剂复配使用(其浓度均为0.5%)时,预防淤渣效率可达95%以上
