教研的本质属性是发现问题,研究的终极目标是追求真理。一堂教研课无非就是提供一个鲜活的课例,让听课的老师作一番“解剖”。评课活动,让执教者借助他人的视角重新审视自己的课堂,对自己的课堂知其然,更知其所以然;让听课者在鲜活的教学案例中学会静心反思,在实践操作合理性设计层面进行深度解析,别人的课,正是自己教学的一面镜鉴,观别人的课,其实就是在和自己的教学作一次隐形的对话。
