现今,职业学校图书馆的管理工作已经成为学校整体工作的有机组成部分。职业学校图书馆提高管理水平,才能使其自身作用得到更加充分的发挥,从而有效促进图书馆的健康发展。而图书馆工作质量的实现,在很大程度上取决于图书馆管理人员的素质。因此,如何提升职业学校图书馆管理人员的素质已经成为图书馆发展的首要任务。本文从分析图书馆管理人员素质与图书馆工作质量的关系入手,阐述了提升图书馆管理人员素质的重要作用,并提出了提升管理人员素质的对策,希望对提高图书馆工作质量起到积极的作用。
