因为轮岗的原因,我来到了一所偏远的村小。第一天站在讲台上,本以为见到新老师的孩子们会表现出惊喜和激动,可我看到的却是呆坐在那的、脸上几乎没有表情的五十多个孩子。我当时心里有些发冷,这些孩子怎么了?接下来的日子里,上课时一个个学生低着头,很少有几个在听讲,更别提举手回答问题了,被迫叫起来,要么不说话,要么说了也听不清说的什么;可经常有其他老师说,这班学生爱讲话,调皮,纪律差…我真不明白,这些孩子究竟
