中国人民政治协商会议第一届会议特邀代表、国务院参事、兵工专家、黄埔军校同学会理事、著名爱国民主人士陈修和,因病医治无效,于1998年11月21日在北京逝世,享年102岁。陈修和,1897年9月出生于四川乐至县,1927年弃工从军,考入黄埔军校第五期炮科。1927年7月至1932年,先后任上海兵工厂政治指导员兼代主任、蒋介石侍从副官、国民革命军第三师政治指导员、上海兵工厂技士。1932年赴法国兵工厂实习,并进入法国高等兵工学校学习。1936年回国后,任国民政府军政部兵工署兵工研究专门委员会委员兼兵工学校教官。抗战期间,陈修和先后担任军政部兵工署
