本文报道弱光保存海带配子体的一些实验结果。本实验发现不同遗传性的配子体对弱光有不同的反应。采用弱光培养,可以较长期地保存海带配子体。经弱光保存的配子体,大部分具有正常的生活力,在恢复正常光照后,仍能正常地发育并产生孢子体。弱光保存海带配子体的成功,为海带的科学实验提供了方便,为进一步改革海带的育苗方法提供了实验依据。
In this paper, we report some experimental results about the preservation of kelp gametophytes with weak light. The experiment found that different hereditary gametophyte have different responses to weak light. With low light culture, you can save kelp gametophyte longer. Most of the gametophytes which are stored under low light have normal viability and can normally develop and produce sporophytes after returning to normal light. The successful preservation of kelp gametophyte in low light provided convenience for kelp scientific experiments and provided experimental evidence for further reform of kelp breeding methods.
