目的:探讨老年性阴道炎更有效的治疗途径。方法:将60例老年性阴道炎患者随机分2组,治疗组以中药内服、外洗,再配以抗生素阴道放置,对照组用西药外洗及抗生素阴道放置做对照。结果:治疗组总有效率97.14%,对照组总有效率为84%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎较单用西药治疗有更好的疗效。
Objective: To explore the more effective treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods: Sixty elderly patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbs orally, externally and then with antibiotics. The control group was treated with western medicine external wash and antibiotic vaginal administration. Results: The total effective rate was 97.14% in the treatment group and 84% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of senile vaginitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine alone.
