对高达10~5g冲击校准技术做了探讨。依照ISO/5347—2标准的光切割法原理并采用气炮装置,使校准上限可达10~5g,校准加速度脉冲持续时间为100μs,校准不确定度可达到±5%.这种校准下限也可做到10~2g量级。
Up to 10 ~ 5g impact calibration technology is discussed.
