伴随着我国经济发展,人才需求量越来越大,对于培养人才的质量性提出更高要求,文化软实力提升,素质教育得到重视,以一种德智体美健全的教育模式在各大高校得到展开,对于培养艺术型人才越来越受到大家的重视,但是作为教师应该如何才能培养出高质量的学生呢!现在从各大高校舞蹈专业的情况简要分析,在开设舞蹈专业的高校里芭蕾基础训练是每个学生的必修课,教师经过了长期的教学实践,部分院校初步掌握了基本的芭蕾教学方法,但是不够深入,所以芭蕾教学的认识还需要细致研究,主要从芭蕾教学的理论研究、实践研究入手,把已有的芭蕾舞蹈理论知识经过教师教学实践传授给学生,让学生能最大化的吸收教学内容。
