用热板法和扭体法对高浓度双氯灭痛注射剂进行镇痛实验的结果表明,高浓度双氯灭痛注射剂具有良好的镇痛作用,其作用强于消炎痛。本制剂的肌肉注射给药半数致死量(LD_(50))和95％可信限(L_(95))为144.72±18.93mg/kg。
The results of analgesic experiment of high concentration of diclofenac injection by hot plate method and writhing method showed that high concentration of diclofenac injection has good analgesic effect and its effect is stronger than indomethacin. The median lethal dose (LD 50) and 95% confidence limit (L 95) of this preparation were 44.72±18.93 mg/kg.
