辛集特产--“四季水萝卜”“四季水萝卜”为我市农家品种,高产、抗病,不糠心,既是蔬菜,又可作为水果。此品种为四季栽种品种,生育期40—60天,叶簇直立生长,叶形浅裂,肉质根长圆形,下部稍大,长20—25厘米,直径3—7厘米,一般单根重150克,表面光滑,表皮深红色极鲜艳,肉色洁白,质地细密,风味浓,质脆味甜,生食熟食均可,一般亩产12500公斤。栽培要点:该品种适应性强,对土壤要求不严,以沙白地最好。播前精细整地,施足底肥,要求亩底施二铵15公斤,碳铵25斤,平畦栽培,畦宽3尺,长2丈。
