本文应用多元统计分析,编制了对柴油机磨损监控和故障诊断的光谱数据处理系统。该系统的优点是不受机械类型和补充油的影响,能动态显示机械发生故障的时刻和部位,通用性较好。通过对MB-820柴油机监测表明:光谱分析故障诊断与铁谱分析和油品理化指标分析结果完全吻合。
In this paper, multivariate statistical analysis is used to develop a spectrum data processing system for diesel engine wear monitoring and fault diagnosis. The advantage of this system is not affected by the mechanical type and oil replenishment, which can dynamically display the moment and position of the mechanical failure and has good versatility. Through the MB-820 diesel engine monitoring shows that: spectral analysis of fault diagnosis and iron spectrum analysis and oil physical and chemical indicators of the results exactly.
