目的:分析依达拉奉和奥扎格雷钠联合应用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择发病时间在12 h内急性脑梗死患者68例,随机分治疗组34例及对照组34例,两组均采用奥扎格雷钠常规治疗,治疗组加用依达拉奉注射液静点,观察其疗效。结果:治疗前、后两组神经功能缺损评分有统计学意义。结论:依达拉奉和奥扎格雷钠联合应用疗效显著。
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of edaravone and ozagrel combined therapy on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction within 12 hours of onset were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). Both groups were treated with Ozagrel sodium routinely. In the treatment group, edaravone injection Point to observe its efficacy. Results: Before and after treatment, neurological deficit scores of the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of edaravone and ozagrel sodium has a significant effect.
