采用描述流行病学方法对《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》和《结核病信息管理系统》报告的宁波市2009-2014年25岁以下人群肺结核相关资料进行分析。结果显示,宁波市2009-2014年25岁以下人群肺结核报告发病6 121例,男女比例为1.79∶1,占同期全人群报告肺结核的病例数的22.74%。2009、2014年报告发病率分别为49.99/10万、43.20/10万,2014年比2009年下降了13.58%。2009-2014年25岁以下人群中,>15岁人群发病例数为108例,所占比例为1.76%,平均报告发病率为1.82/10万,15~24岁的人群发病例数为6 013例,所占比例为98.24%。新发病例主要集中在3~10月份,占75.18%;25岁以下涂阳病例占30.35%~35.94%,平均占33.41%,低于同年全人群肺结核报告涂阳病例的36.50%~41.57%,平均38.80%。宁波市25岁以下人群肺结核发病率低于全人群,>15岁人群低发,15~24岁组发病机会增加,其中男性较女性高发。应加强15~24岁组人群的肺结核病预防控制工作。
The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of tuberculosis in people under 25 years of age from 2009 to 2014 in Ningbo City, which was reported by China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and Tuberculosis Information Management System.
