移植物抗宿主病(graft versus host disease,GVHD)是骨髓/造血干细胞移植(bone marrow/hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,BMT/HSCT)主要并发症之一,是影响BMT/HSCT后长期存活的重要因素。近年来研究表明,表观遗传修饰包括组蛋白去乙酰化、组蛋白甲基化和DNA甲基化在GVHD的发生发展中起着重要作用,组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂、组蛋白甲基化酶抑制剂和DNA甲基化酶抑制剂能有效预防或治疗GVHD。因此,对表观遗传调控的研究将为GVHD预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。
Graft versus host disease (GVHD) is one of the major complications of bone marrow / hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (BMT / HSCT) and is an important factor affecting long-term survival after BMT / HSCT. In recent years, studies have shown that epigenetic modifications including histone deacetylation, histone methylation and DNA methylation play an important role in the development of GVHD, histone deacetylase inhibitors, histone methyl Enzyme inhibitors and DNA methylase inhibitors can effectively prevent or treat GVHD. Therefore, the study of epigenetic regulation will provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of GVHD.
