以黄河三角洲1~3龄的柽柳人工林为研究对象,采用分层分段挖掘法,研究了1~3龄柽柳根系的分布特征及生长动态。结果表明:随着树龄和土壤层数的增加,细根数量占总根比例减少;根系生物量多分布于中上层;随着树龄增加,比根长和根长密度最大值出现于40~80cm土层。因此,肉苁蓉接种深度应该在40~80cm土层。
Taking the Tamarix elongate plantations of 1 ~ 3 years old in the Yellow River Delta as research object, the distribution characteristics and growth dynamics of 1 ~ 3 instar tamarisk roots were studied by stratified segmented mining method. The results showed that with the increase of tree age and soil layer number, the proportion of fine roots to total roots decreased; the root biomass was distributed in middle and upper layers; with the increase of tree ages, the maximum value of specific root length and root length appeared in 40-80 cm Soil layer. Therefore, Cistanche vaccination depth should be 40 ~ 80cm soil layer.
