我国北方地区的历史事实表明,生态环境的恶化往往从破坏森林开始。为使整个生态系统向好的方向转化,促进农牧业生产,给祖国的四个现代化提供一个良好的自然环境,就必须大力发展林业。但目前广泛采用的造林技术十分落后,它虽然以传统造林学(以50年代至60年代初期的大学课本为代表)为理论根据,然而在许多方面又落后于它。
The historical facts in the northern part of our country show that the deterioration of the ecological environment often starts with the destruction of forests. In order to transform the entire ecosystem in a good direction, promote the production of agriculture and animal husbandry, and provide a good natural environment for the four modernizations of the motherland, we must vigorously develop forestry. However, the widely used afforestation technology is very backward. Although based on the theory of traditional afforestation (represented by university textbooks from the 1950s to the early 1960s), it lags behind it in many respects.
