中等职业学校所培养的学生有着自己的特点,中职生的法制观念和法制素质如何,将关系到在新的历史时期,我国建设社会主义法治国家的进程。目前,承担着培养重任的中职学校法制教育的有效性不强,无论是在社会和学校都存在很多值得探讨的问题,若不有效解决,有可能成为阻碍推进我国现代化进程的瓶颈之一。因此,研究中职学生的法制教育具有重要的意义。
The students cultivated by secondary vocational schools have their own characteristics. The legal concept and quality of the legal system of secondary vocational students will be related to the process of building a socialist country under the rule of law in the new historical period. At present, the legal education undertaking the important task of secondary vocational school education is not effective, and there are many problems worth exploring in both society and school. If it is not effectively solved, it may become one of the bottlenecks that impede the progress of our country’s modernization. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the legal education of vocational students.
